Hi everyone, it's almost that time for us to countdown to Christmas, and here is a fun and easy way to create a memorydex file to help you out.
I started off with a small wooden tray that I purchased at the Dollar store and painted it white. Then I cut dowels (purchased also at the Dollar Store) and put them in place to hold the memorydex cards. Painted it all white and then began to decorate the box.
I then diecut 25 memorydex cards and proceeded to decorate each one using many Christmas items from the Reneabouquet store. There is a complete list below with all the products and their links for your convenience. Below is also a process video so you can watch how I created the tray to hold the memorydex cards.... wishing you a Christmas filled with sparkle and joy !
It's party time!!!! It's celebration time at Reneabouquets because it is Beautiful Board's 3rd Birthday. What's a party without a cake, therefore I decided to create an explosion box with cake inside.
Loaded with many places to add your photos and fun interactive pages. But RB Beautiful Board puts the icing on the cake when decorating your projects. It just puts it over the top a bit. The Happy Birthday Laser Cut Chipboardwas embossed with gold glitter. The precious butterfly I chose to adorn the top of this package is the Tiny Treasures Darling Coral Butterfly
The box measures 6"x 6" and the insert is 5" x 5".

Here is a photo of the reverse side pocket which I simply made some tags to hold more photos. I embellished the pocket holder with the same flowers as listed above as well as some of Reneabouquets one of a kind butterflies. The ones that I chose are these sweet tiny Magical Miniatures Watercolor Spun Sugar Butterflies. I took a couple of the Beautiful Board Small Pretty Ivy Pattern and painted it a pale green and then adhered Reneabouquets No Hole Fern Green Glass Microbeads to the top of the beautiful board ivy using glossy accents.

Hello to our Reneabouquet family and friends. Every month RB hosts a swap that you can participate in and it's a great way to make new creative friends and share your love for paper crafts with another. This month's swap was to create an altered paint brush, here is my take on it.
I purchased a brush from Dollar Store 3" wide which provided a nice amount of space to create on. Below I have a video tutorial so you can watch the different mixed media techniques that I used to get this effect... very easy to do.
The main focal point on the brush was the sweet RB shadow box. They are so much fun to work with and so versatile. I decided to add some fairy lights just for effect. If you haven't worked with these shadow boxes you need to get your hands on them especially with the holidays approaching. They are so much fun to create with.

Hi everyone, and happy Monday ! Today I have a new project filled with Reneabouquets goodies and I'm so excited to share it with you.
Reneabouquets has such a gorgeous selection of beautiful board, flowers, laces and trinkets, not to mention her handmade butterflies, that can take your mini album over to the next level. Sometimes I really have a difficult time not adding too much, because everything is so pretty to work with.
On the front I added some gorgeous lace from the store and embellished it with several different handmade mulberry flowers and RB Salted Caramel butterfly. All the beautiful board used was embossed with Brass embossing powder. And what about that brooch...isn't it gorgeous.
The handle on the top of the album is actually a door handle which I whitewashed it and then lightly embossed it also with the brass EP.
To open, you lift the top and the sides come down (almost like an explosion box). And inside I have waterfalls, accordion pages, as well as tags, and hidden pockets. You can actually see all of this more in detail in the video below where I will take to page by page and share details of the album.

Hi everyone, I'm up on the blog today with a fun swap project. This month at Reneabouquets we had an embellishment book box. We were to create a box that looked like a book and fill it with pretty embellishments for our swap partner. Here is what I came up with.
The box on the right is the "Embellishment Book Box" and the other one is just a box I made to fill up with more creative goodies for my partner.
The front of the book box was decorated with many Reneabouquets items from the store which will be listed below.
And for your pleasure I have provided a video tutorial below. This book box is very easy to create and another fun way to send off happy mail to your crafty friends. I hope you would consider getting involved in our swaps we have monthly. It is a wonderful way to meet new crafty friends !

These sweet shadow boxes are the perfect way to create a little diorama or scene type project. Assembly is so very easy and the ideas that went through my head while playing with these is endless. I can already see many of this boxes hanging on my Christmas tree this holiday season.

Hi everyone, and welcome to my creative blog. Today I have for you a project I created for my swap partner Sherrie. This month Reneabouquets hosted a swap for an altered embroidery hoop. Welcome to the "Paradise In August" Collaboration with Reneabouquets & Crafty City. This month Reneabouquets is partnering up with Crafty City to bring you two different Treasure Boxes filled with yummy goodies. I will be working out of Treasure Box #2 for my project.
My daughter will be soon taking a fantastic vacation to Croatia where she's going to spend lots of time on the beach, so I thought this is the perfect time to use my Treasure Box filled with goodies to create an explosion box to hold her photos.
The box closes up with a lid and then when you remove the lid it drops down into a fun interactive photo album.

Happy Monday everyone, hope you have a fabulous week planned ! Today I have a new project for you using Reneabouquets great Shaker Boxes.
I created this decor piece for a dear friend's sewing room, and Reneabouquets has lots of pretty vintage style items in the store that brought this whole project together.
From those darling little clothes hangers to the very intricate design of the Wired Dress Form and then combined with the darling Sewing Trinket Pack, all that gave this project a shabby chic look. These shaker boxes have endless possibilities to create with and are so easy to put together. Below I have a tutorial on my process for this project.
I'm pleased with the way it turned out and hope my friend enjoys it for her sewing room. Hope you are able to take a bit of a break this week from your busy schedule and do something creative.
Hi everyone and happy Friday !!! It's Toni here with a new Reneabouquet DT project. I've always wanted to try to create a floating teacup and when I saw Reneabouquets 3D Paper Teacup Set I knew I needed to give this a try.
I started first by putting together the teacup and saucer... very easy assembly which you can view in my video below. Once the teacup set was assembled I then started creating the floating technique which you can also view in my video.
Now this couldn't have come together without Reneabouquets gorgeous mulberry flowers which come in a rainbow of colors. Renea spends hours and hours working to create these flowers and she has them all handmade. She ever so gently hangs all of them in her warehouse to keep their beautiful perfect shape. She comes up with some of the most fabulous color combos there is. I would encourage you to stop by her store and view.
I tucked some of RB's Beautiful Bits Skeleton Leaves as well as Rose Leaves in between the flowers. Once I got all my blooms adhered the way I wanted I then topped the flowers off with some sparkly Diamond Shard Glitter Glass. And then for the finishing touches of course I had to add some of RB's butterflies. These are also hand drawn and created especially for your projects by Renea as well.
Hi everyone, Toni here with a new steampunk style layout for Reneabouquets design team. The foundation papers I used are Stamperia - Clockwise & Voyages Fantastiques
I wanted to show the more feminine shabby chic side of steampunk. Now don't get me wrong, if any of you know me than you know how I love a grungy, rusty style layout, but that isn't for all of us. Some prefer the more softer, dreamy colors and textures, and I'm here to say Reneabouquets laces, beautiful board and flowers work perfect for any style.
The Mint Chocolate Chip Butterfly used here is exquisite. And the NEW Apricot Roses Mulberry Paper Flowers are so sweet along side the Aqua Paper Roses. All of the supplies I used on this layout will be listed below along with their websites.
The Beautiful Board pieces used on this layout all were embossed with turquoise and gold powder but they are perfect used in their natural state as well.
